We have newly started the manufacturing and sales of thick carbon steel and low alloy steel plates! Additionally, we have begun producing clad steel plates and are widely accommodating various heat treatments.
In addition to our main product, clad steel plates, we have officially started the manufacturing and sales of carbon steel and low-alloy steel thick plates from autumn 2023. While stocking extremely thick metal slabs (with plate thicknesses primarily between 250-450mm, and a maximum of 500-600mm), we utilize our four-high reversible wide plate rolling mill to re-roll these slabs, ensuring that we meet customer requirements for plate thickness, width, length, mechanical properties, internal quality, and more, providing consistent quality control and assurance.
Additionally, we are advancing research and development of ultra-thick high-strength steel plates exceeding 200mm in thickness, aiming for market launch in the latter half of fiscal year 2024. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.
